We focus on litigation and the advice that prevents it, in the following areas:
In commercial matters, we assist clients when entering into contracts, provide legal assistance and representation in court in disputes arising from contracts and commercial relationships, and take the steps necessary to obtain a payment order and to recover the debt through enforcement proceedings.
In insolvency matters, we provide assistance and representation to creditors and debtors for the opening of insolvency proceedings, the filing of claims (for creditors), challenging the schedule of claims, participation in creditors' meetings and the reorganisation of the debtor.
We bring actions for the annulment of unlawful administrative acts issued by central and local authorities, for orders compelling the authority to issue acts in compliance with the law, and for orders requiring it to pay the damages due.
In minor-offence matters, we file challenges to official infringement reports issued following inspections by the consumer-protection authority (ANPC), the Environmental Guard, the Labour Inspectorate (ITM) and others, seeking the annulment of the fines and of the complementary measures imposed by them.
Tort claims for full compensation of the damage suffered.
In medical malpractice matters: representation before the courts of physicians, medical staff and healthcare providers, as well as of patients, to ensure respect for their rights and compensation for the damage suffered.
Actions for recovery of possession, eviction and orders to perform. Disputes concerning pre-sale agreements or sale and purchase contracts, and construction defects. Review of the legal status of the property before a transaction.
In public procurement matters, we file complaints with the National Council for Solving Complaints and bring actions before the courts concerning the tender documentation, the evaluation of bids and the outcome of the procedure.
In EU-funds matters, we challenge ineligibility decisions and decisions imposing financial corrections. We also challenge the official reports by which beneficiaries are required to repay amounts obtained through EU funding.
For creditors: we initiate, pursue and see through the enforcement against the debtor until the amounts owed are actually recovered.
For debtors: we file challenges to enforcement and seek the stay and reversal of enforcement. We review the lawfulness of the enforceable title and of the acts drawn up by the bailiff.
