A law office based in Bucharest, specialised in disputes between businesses and in preventive legal advice.
The practice is led by attorney Vlad Gyergyai, who graduated in 2011 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013. After qualifying as a fully admitted attorney, in 2015 he founded Gyergyai Carol‑Vlad Law Office, through which we still practise today, with a focus on relationships and disputes between businesses.
With 13 years of litigation practice, we handle highly complex mandates for our clients. Every case receives the direct attention of the firm's principal, and strategy is built on a careful analysis of the evidence and of the procedure. Representation, from the national courts to the European Court of Human Rights, places the emphasis on technical rigour and attention to detail.
Our litigation experience also informs our advisory work, which is provided in anticipation of litigation, with a view to building a solid position in court.
