The fee depends on the complexity of the case, its urgency, the estimated volume of work, the importance of the case and the court competent to hear it.
A first meeting in which we analyse your situation, identify the legal options and estimate the next steps.
For services of foreseeable scope: drafting a claim, an application or a contract, or representation in a defined procedural stage.
For work whose duration cannot be estimated at the outset. Billed on the basis of time actually spent.
An additional amount tied to the result obtained, agreed alongside one of the forms above. Under the Statute of the profession of lawyer, a success fee cannot be the sole form of remuneration.
For companies that need ongoing legal support: a monthly package of hours, at a preferential rate and with priority handling of requests.
Court stamp duties, expert and bailiff fees, translation and notarisation charges, travel expenses and other necessary costs are borne by the client, separately from the attorney's fee.
